I met Rhakyta and Alan at a bridal show, it was the first bridal show I had done in a long time and was the new beginning for Chic Boutique Photography. From the moment we met we chatted like old friends. So naturally when we sat down for the actual consultation (at Starbucks, where else) we picked up the conversation from the bridal show about how they met, how he proposed and all of the small coincidences Alan and my husband Paul had. I was so glad when Rhakyta and Alan booked with me. I knew they would be so much fun to work with and I was 100% right, even though Rhakyta had me come to the hotel at 6:30am! LOL just kidding it was the most fun I have had with a group of girls in a while. From the moment I walked in the door it was like talking to old friends. We laughed and joked all morning. One of the biggest perks about being a wedding photographer is getting to watch the stranger I met, the friend she became, turn into the beautiful bride I got to create memories for. Rhakyta totally made an amazing bride. Her dress, her makeup and hair were all flawless. The guys were looking pretty sharp as well.
The moment had finally come, almost time to say, “I do” and you could see the anticipation on Alan’s face. Another amazing wedding photographer moment. It is in that single moment, that split second, that you can see the love, the care, the joy, the excitement and the admiration that two people, once strangers to each other now have for one another. It’s really a beautiful sight. Of course Alan lit up as soon as she got within his sight. Everything about the ceremony was perfect, the guest, the bridal party and the ambience of the Balcony were all flawless. I could not have been more honored to be there to witness it all.
I wish y’all many years of happiness and love. Thank you for having me be apart of your special day!
